Now your members can go online, 24/7, look at your party listings and choose the party they would like to attend. 1) You enter your party into the EVENTS CALANDER from the Club Owners Command Console. Enter your planned parties, themes, donations and upload a supporting theme image for your party. We sugest you do two or three months at a time to make sure you never run out of parties. SwingClubs.US purges clubs that fail to participate to promote the clubs that do post their parties.

2) Link the EVENTS CALANDER to your club web pages. (See the examnple at http://ClubCB.com - Online Reservations)

3) For each event, the primary sceeen will allow known Members to log-in and make a reservation. New couples will be forced to fill in an application and await your return call to be allowed a qualified membership. Once they are given a Membership Number from YOU, they can then make reservations for any party, 24/7.

4) Once your parties are posted in the EVENTS CALANDER, they will automatically appear in the Swing Clubs Events sections of many swinger websites. This is FREE ADVERTISING for your club. Why would we do this you ask? Easy, we are trading you free advertising for your event information. We are here to provide real-time, fresh swing club information to our supporting websites. They financially support the website.

5) Once a Member makes a reservation, they will receive confirmation of the reservation and the Club Owner will also be presented with a transaction confirmation. The Member will also be added to the GUEST LIST for the party selected. The GUEST LIST can be printed out and used as check list at the door.

NOTE: With the Online Reservation System in place, you will immediately notice a drastic decrease in your No-Show reservations. Once couples make a firm reservation (especially with payment), they tend to move thier lives to support the commitment to attend. Otherwise other invitations may distract them from your party at the last minute if there have nothing invested.
